Pretty good patch

I appreciate that the packaging was thin but a really sturdy cardboard that's not able to be damaged easily. The patch I got was clean, with nice stitching and no loose threads. Instructions for how to iron it on was great. Overall wonderful quality

A little slow

It took a while to arrive but the patch I ordered was very high quality and not too expensive

I'm glad you like the patch and approve of the quality! I do apologize for the slower-than-Amazon fulfillment times, but all items are currently made to order as to avoid having to maintain an inventory in my garage.

I do my best to line out the order completion expectations on the website, so that everyone knows about how long it will take. If I ever get to do this as my main work, production rates will definitely increase. However, right now I have to work full-time, be a parent, and still find time to fulfill these orders. Your patience and understanding is appreciated, as is your business.

How long does shipping take?

It typically takes me three days to fulfill an order, and then about seven days for shipping. However, depending on order volume and what contracts I am fulfilling, that time can increase exponentially to four or five weeks. Do you do custom/bulk orders?

Absolutely. If you need gear for a team or merch for an event, I will be more than happy to hook you up!

Do you provide discounts for Law Enforcement?

I actually will charge you 40% more if you're a cop- that will get donated to women's shelters and anti-racist organizations.

Can we work with you?

As long as our morals are not antithetical to each other, I am open for cooperation. The smaller your operation, the more willing I am to work with you. I do my best to avoid working with major corporations where possible- but I will leap at the opportunity to work with fellow small businesses and creators/artists.
