A thin, canvas print 12"x16" featuring the crossing of the Delaware superimposed over a subdued American flag. I'm not a patriot in the sense that I unwaveringly support my nation-state, despite its many faults. This country is fucked- its cartoonish in its degree of evil. However the "idealist's" version of America? What all the posters and history books purport it to be? I could get behind that, so long as it applied to everyone equally. It'll never work that way, however. It was founded by white, landowning merchants in the midst of genociding Natives and enslaving Africans Of course it continues to runs in a way that benefits white, landowning merchants and harms Natives and other minorities. But we can be better. The philosophers have merely interpreted the world- it is our duty to change it!
I've always wanted to make art and sell it, and for some reason having prints made never crossed my mind. Until now, anyway. I used to draw memey, political, and otherworldy art pieces using scrap office materials at my old job- so there's no telling which niche you'll be filling with one of my prints. Maybe it's something simple and elegant, to fit with that millennial grey home of yours. Perhaps it's family-friendly and fun, for your tattoo parlor. Or it could be something raunchy and nailbiting- perfect for displaying on the walls of a local church. Order it and hang it straight away with built-in wall mounts and rubber pads on the back ready to protect against damage.
• 0.75″ (19.05 mm) thick canvas
• Canvas fabric weight: 10.15 +/- 0.74 oz/yd² (344 g/m² +/- 25g/m²)
• Wall mounts attached
• Rubber pads on the back to avoid damage
• Slimmer than regular canvases
